How to renew your license

If you have purchased Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 with the Auto-Renewal Plan your subscription will be renewed automatically. The Auto-Renewal Plan is designed to save your time, effort and risk by extending your license automatically before it expires.

You will receive at least one email to remind you before we automatically renew your subscription.

Be aware that the credit or debit card which was provided during your initial purchase (or PayPal account) will be charged automatically. Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 will be renewed automatically (you don’t need to get new activation code and activate Kaspersky Internet Security 2013). You can opt-out of the Auto-Renewal Plan at any time.

After your license for Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 is automatically renewed, you will see that your subscription has been extended in the Licensing window (open the main application window — click the Licensing link).

My subscription was not renewed automatically. What should I do?

If your credit card has expired, there are not enough funds on it, or any other technical problems appear, you will receive an email stating that there is a problem with the automatic billing. If this occurs, you will need to follow the instructions in the email you received to update your credit or debit card information. After updating your details, your Kaspersky Internet Security will be renewed automatically.

If for some reason you cannot update your information and your license for Kaspersky Internet Security expires, you will see in the application interface the following information: Subscription has expired. Protection is disabled. Update is unavailable. To resume the subscription, contact your service provider.

If this occurs, you will need to:

  1. Purchase new license in License Renewal Center
  2. Activate Kaspersky Internet Security, after you receive a new activation code.
