Can I update the credit card information I specified during the initial purchase of my current license with the Auto-Renewal Plan for Kaspersky Internet Security 2013?

If you use credit card as a payment method for Auto-Renewal Plan, you’ll be charged automatically at the time of license expiration.

If your credit card has expired or there are not enough funds on the card you’ll receive email stating that you can’t be charged.

To update your credit card information, perform the following actions:

  • Click here and enter your Order Number and Password. This information was provided in the Order Confirmation Email during initial purchase. If you no longer have your confirmation email, you can click the “Forgot Password?” link for assistance.

  • Click the Search button.

 

  • To change the credit card number or expiration date associated with the Auto-Renewal Plan, click the “Edit” link below the Payment Method.

  • If asked “Are you sure you want to change the payment method?” select “Yes”.
  • Enter the new credit card details and expiration date, then click Submit.

  • The new payment details will be used when your subscription automatically renews.
