How to cancel Auto-Renewal Plan for Kaspersky Internet Security 2013?

You can easily cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan at any time you wish before your license expires. If your license expires, then you will be able to cancel the auto-renewal only for your next license.

If you cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan, then:

  • Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 stays full-functional till the date of license expiration.
  • Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 will not be renewed automatically.
  • To continue stay protected, you’ll need to renew your license manually via License Renewal & Upgrade Center.
  • Your credit or debit card (or PayPal account) provided during the initial purchase  will not be charged.

To cancel the Auto-Renewal Service:

  1. Open the Kaspersky Online Store’s Order Lookup page.
  2. Enter your Order Number and Password. This information was provided in the Order Confirmation Email during initial purchase:

  1. Click the Search button.

  1. On the Order Details page, click the Cancel button to cancel the Auto-Renewal Plan:

If you need assistance cancelling the Auto-Renewal Plan, you can submit a request to Kaspersky Online Store’s Customer Service. To create a request, perform the following actions:

  1. On the Contact us page, enter your order number which you can find in a confirmation message you received after you purchased Kaspersky Internet Security.
  2. If you do not have your order number, you can enter your email address which you specified when purchased Kaspersky Internet Security.
  3. Enter your email address once again to confirm its correctness.
  4. In the field Please select a subject select Subscription Service.
  5. In the field More Specifically select Please cancel auto-renew on my subscription.
  6. Click the button Send E-mail.
