If you used a credit card as your payment method for the Auto-Renewal Plan, you’ll be charged automatically at the time of your license expiration.

If your credit card has expired or there is not enough money on the card you’ll receive an email stating that you cannot be charged.

In order to continue to stay protected and avoid license expiration you will need to update your credit card information. You can do that by accessing your “Order Details”. In order to do this, perform the following actions:

  • Click here and enter your Order Number and Password. This information was provided in the Order Confirmation Email during initial purchase. If you no longer have your confirmation email, you can click the “Forgot Password?” link for assistance.

  • Click the Search button.

  • To change the credit card number or expiration date associated with the Auto-Renewal Plan, click the “Edit” link below the Payment Method.

  • If asked “Are you sure you want to change the payment method?” select “Yes”.
  • Enter the new credit card details and expiration date, then click Submit.

  • The new payment details will be used when your subscription automatically renews.
