If the MDM profile is installed on an employee's privately owned device, you cannot password-protect or block the removal of the profile. Applying and removing the MDM policy does not affect user's personal files.

To manage the device, set password-protection or forbid the removal of the MDM profile, set the supervised mode on the device. For instructions, refer to this article.
