Error "Unable to connect" when connecting to Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Linux Mail Server web interface

If the Apache service is not running, after installing the web interface of Kaspersky Security 8.0 for Linux Mail Server you may encounter the error Unable to connect when attempting to establish a connection: 

To eliminate the problem, run the following command from under the Superuser (root user) account:

• service httpd start
