How to collect Kaspersky Security Center 13 Web Console logs

When creating a request to Kaspersky technical support concerning an issue with Kaspersky Security Center Web Console, you may be asked to attach log files that may help find the cause of the problem.
To collect log files, during the installation of Web Console at step Kaspersky Security Center Web Console collection settings select the check box Enable logging of Kaspersky Security Center Web Console activities.
Logs are written into text files all the time the application is running and saved into the folder <Kaspersky Security Center Web Console installation folder>\logs. Once a log file reaches the maximum size (50 MB), a new file is created.
File names have the following format: <component name>.<device name>-<file revision number>.YYYY-MM-DD.
- <Component name> — name of the Kaspersky Security Center component or Kaspersky Security Center Web Console plug-in
- <Device name> — name of the device on which the component or plug-in is running
- <File revision number> — the number of the log file created for the module or plug-in running on the device
- YYYY-MM-DD — date of log file creation
