In limited situations on Windows 7 64-Bit versions, the installation of Internet Explorer 10 can cause Kaspersky Internet Security 2013 to crash and show “Previous application launch failed”. Our developers are looking into this issue, and we expect to release a patch to address the issue. The date of the patch release is not yet known.
Kaspersky Lab apologizes for the issue.
To resolve the situation, do the following:
Remove Internet Explorer 10 via Installed Updates.
Reboot your computer.
As a result, Internet Explorer 10 "rolls back" to Internet Explorer 9.
If the given resolution did not help, then send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via the My Kaspersky Account service. In your request give detailed description of your problem and attach the following files:
