To determine the reason for an issue with a Kaspersky Lab product for Mac, Kaspersky Lab Technical Support may need a System Information report and the system.log file.
To get a System Information report:
To save the system.log file by using the Console utility:
Send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support via My Kaspersky Account. Please describe the issue as detailed as possible and attach the System Information report and a copy of the system.log file.
