Navigating to the local task settings and general application settings for an individual computer

If the application is managed by a Kaspersky Security Center policy and this policy prohibits changing the application settings, these settings are not available for editing for an individual computer.

To go to the local task settings for an individual computer:

1. In the tree of Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console, expand the Managed devices node.
2. Select the group to which the protected device belongs.
3. In the results pane, select the Devices tab.
4. Open the Properties: <Protected device name> window in one of the following ways:
   • Double-click the name of the protected device;
   • in the context menu on the name of the protected device, select Properties.

   The Properties: <Protected device name> window opens.

5. Go to the Tasks section.
6. In the list of tasks, select the local task whose settings you want to configure, in one of the following ways:
   • Double-click the task name;
   • select a task in the list and click the Properties button;
   • in the context menu on the task name, select Properties.

   The Properties: <Task name> window will open.

To go to the general application settings for an individual computer:

1. In the tree of Kaspersky Security Center Administration Console, expand the Managed devices node and select the group that the protected device belongs to.
2. In the results pane, select the Devices tab.
3. Open the Properties: <Protected device name> window in one of the following ways:
   • Double-click the name of the protected device;
   • in the context menu on the name of the protected device, select Properties.

   The Properties: <Protected device name> window opens.

4. Go to the Applications section.
5. In the list of installed applications, select Kaspersky Endpoint Agent in one of the following ways:
   • Double-click the name Kaspersky Endpoint Agent;
   • select Kaspersky Endpoint Agent in the list and click the Properties button;
   • in the context menu on the name Kaspersky Endpoint Agent, select Properties.

   The Settings window of Kaspersky Endpoint Agent opens.
