Administration console elements are not displayed correctly

Issue
Some of the elements are missing from the Administration console.
Solution
- Exit Kaspersky Security Center.
- Enable ActiveX and scripts in the Internet Explorer settings.
To reset the browser's system settings to default:- Press + R on the keyboard.
- Type %windir%\system32\rundll32.exe inetcpl.cpl, ResetIEtoDefaults
- Click OK → Reset.
- Open the Windows command line as an administrator and re-register the libraries:
- regsvr32 jscript.dll
- regsvr32 vbscript.dll
- regsvr32 mshtml.dll
- Сheck if the issue persists.
If the issue reoccurs, proceed to the next step. - Exit Kaspersky Security Center.
- Clear the following registry branch for a user account under which the console is run:
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\KasperskyLab\Components\34]
- Сheck if the issue persists.
If the issue reoccurs, proceed to the next step. - Exit Kaspersky Security Center.
- Delete the file without extensions named Kaspersky Security Center from the folder:
%AppData%\Microsoft\MMC
What to do if the issue persists
If the issue persists, use these recommendations and submit a request to Kaspersky technical support via Kaspersky CompanyAccount. The issue is related to Internet Explorer on the Administration Server. You can use the remote Administration Console to work with the server.
