Self Service

The purpose of the Self-Service section is to help our customers on their own find answers to the questions which were not resolved by articles in the Kaspersky Lab's Knowledge Base.

To know the causes and solutions of an error generated by a Kaspersky Lab's product, use the Errors databases. To troubleshoot the problem, choose the Kaspersky Lab's product installed on your PC and enter the number/ text of the generated error.

A most useful informational resource is an official forum of Kaspersky Lab. It provides interactive communication with experts who will quickly and effectively help you solve the problem.

If none of the above mentioned self-service resources were useful, please send a request to Kaspersky Lab Technical Support or to Kaspersky Virus Lab.
