關於《最終使用者產品授權協議》

最終使用者產品授權協議是您和 AO Kaspersky Lab 之間具約束力的協議，其中明定使用者使用應用程式的條款。

在應用程式操作中使用的 Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 5.2 Light Agent 和 Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent 都有自己的《最終使用者產品授權協議》。

您可以透過以下方式閱讀描述資料處理和傳輸的《Kaspersky Security 最終使用者產品授權協議》和《隱私權政策》條款：

• 在 Kaspersky Security 安裝期間。
• 透過閱讀包括在應用程式分發套裝中的 license.txt 文件。
• 安裝應用程式之後。

開始使用該應用程式前，請先仔細閱讀《Kaspersky Security 最終使用者產品授權協議》的條款。

安裝本應用程式期間，在確認同意《最終使用者產品授權協議》後，您需接受該協議的條款。如果不接受最終使用者授權協議的條款，則必須中止應用程式安裝且不得使用應用程式。

安裝 Kaspersky Security 之後，內含《Kaspersky Security 最終使用者產品授權協議》和《隱私權政策》文字的檔案位於以下路徑：

• 在裝有 Kaspersky Security 管理 MMC 外掛程式、Integration Server 和 Integration Server 主控台的裝置上：

  %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Kaspersky Lab\KSV\Kaspersky Security for Virtualization <version number> Light Agent\EULA\license_<language ID>.txt

  其中：

  • <version number> 指安裝的 Kaspersky Security 版本號。
  • <language ID> – 所安裝 Kaspersky Security 元件的本地化語言的 ID。
• 在安裝網頁主控台的裝置上，於 Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 5.2 Light Agent – Protection Server web 外掛程式安裝資料夾中：
  • <卡巴斯基安全管理中心網頁主控台安裝資料夾>\server\plugins\SVM_<版本>\assets\eula\<語言識別碼>\license.txt – 適用於執行 Windows 作業系統的裝置。
  • <卡巴斯基安全管理中心網頁主控台安裝資料夾>/server/plugins/SVM_<版本>/assets/eula/<語言識別碼>\license.txt – 適用於執行 Linux 作業系統的裝置。

    其中：

    • <版本> 是指安裝的 Kaspersky Security 版本編號，格式為 X_X_X_X。
    • <language ID> – 所安裝 Kaspersky Security 元件的本地化語言的 ID。
• 在安裝 Light Agent for Windows 的虛擬機上：

  <Light Agent 安裝資料夾>\resources\<語言 ID>\eula\license.txt

  其中：

  • 根據作業系統而定，<Light Agent 安裝資料夾> 是以下其中一個資料夾：
    • %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security for Virtualization <版本> Light Agent\ – 針對 64 位元作業系統。
    • %ProgramFiles%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security for Virtualization <版本> Light Agent\ – 針對 32 位元作業系統。

• 在安裝 Light Agent for Linux 的虛擬機上：

在安裝應用程式之後，可以閱讀《Network Agent for Linux 最終使用者產品授權協議》。內含《Network Agent for Linux 最終使用者產品授權協議》文字的檔案位於以下路徑：

• 在安裝 Light Agent for Linux 的虛擬機上：
  • /opt/kaspersky/klnagent64/share/license/license_<語言 ID>.txt – 針對 64 位元作業系統。
  • /opt/kaspersky/klnagent/share/license/license/license_<語言 ID>.txt – 針對 32 位元作業系統。

  其中 <語言 ID> 是《最終使用者產品授權協議》本地化語言的識別碼。

• 在佈署的 SVM 上：
