Auto-renewal is enabled by default in Kaspersky solutions for home if you did not disable it after purchase.

2 weeks prior to your current license expiration, you will receive a notification about upcoming renewal to the email address you have specified during purchase. The money will be charged off your card automatically unless you cancel auto-renewal. The charge-off date depends on your region: from 2 to 30 days prior to the current license expiration date. The license term will be renewed automatically.

In may take up to 24 hours between the payment and the renewal of the expiration date in the application window.

What to do if the license did not renew automatically

If you bought a license with auto-renewal but after payment for the next period the license wasn’t renewed, see the instructions in this article.

What to do in case of bank card issues

In case of problems with your bank card, auto-renewal will be disabled. You will get a message about it to your email address.

To restore your auto-renewal:

  • Renew your license through Renewal & Upgrade Center.
  • Enable auto-renewal.
  • Activate the application with your newly purchased activation code.

If the issue persists, submit a request to Kaspersky Customer Service.
