  • Kaspersky Security Center 10 Service Pack 3 (version 10.5.1781.0)
  • Kaspersky Security Center 10 Service Pack 2 Maintenance Release 1 (version 10.4.343.0)

This tool is intended for clearing the information about the installation of Network Agent. Use it in the following cases:

  • If an error occurs when trying to remove Network Agent using standard Windows tools or Kaspersky Security Center. In this case, Network agent is only partially removed and file traces are left in the system.
  • When installing Network Agent, if the previous version was not removed using standard tools.

We do not recommend using the tool if it is possible to remove Network Agent without any errors using standard Windows tools or Kaspersky Security Center.

Do not use this tool without a request from a Technical Support specialist.

How to use the tool

  1. Download and unpack cleaner.zip.
  2. Open the command line with administrator’s rights.
