When creating a request to Kaspersky technical support, you may be asked to collect and attach trace files. Trace files contain records of all application’s actions, which allows to find the step at which an error occurs.
You can collect trace files in one of the following ways:
We recommend using the klactgui.exe tool.
Trace files will be located in the Administration Server installation folder: %Program Files (x86)%\Kaspersky Lab\Kaspersky Security Center.
Administration Server
$klserver-1093.log — Administration Server operation trace file.
$up2date-1103.log and $up2date-1103-eka.log — update task trace files.
$klnagent-1103.log
The file is located in the Network Agent installation folder.
$klnagent_cluster-1103.log

$klserver_cluster-1093.log — Administration Server operation trace file.

To collect level 5 traces, use REG files from the following zip files:
Release of antivirus database updates (required to protect your computer/server/mobile device)
Providing technical support over phone / web
Release of patches for the application (addressing detected bugs)
