How to get a Spindump file in macOS

In case of issues with the Kaspersky application, technical support may ask you to send a Spindump file. This can help identify the problem if the application stops responding, crashes, or is not running well.
- Go to Applications → Utilities and open Activity Monitor.
- Find the kav process in the list and select Spindump in the settings menu.
- Click Save to create the Spindump file.
