How to remove Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 6.x Agentless

The article concerns Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 6.0 Agentless.
 
 
 
 

To remove Kaspersky Security for Virtualization 6.x Agentless from the virtual infrastructure:

  1. Delete an SVM (secure virtual machine) with application components. See the instructions below.
  2. Delete the NSX Security Policy where the use of application services is configured. See the instructions below.
  3. Delete NSX Security Group which contains the protected virtual machines. See the instructions below.
  4. Cancel the application services registration and Kaspersky Service Manager integration server registration in VMware NSX Manager. See the instructions below.

We recommend that you cancel registration of the integration server and application services through the integration server management console.

If the process ends with an error, you can manually cancel through VMware vSphere Web Client:

  • Registration of application services. See the instructions below.
