1. Download Kaspersky Update Utility for Windows. Extract the downloaded archive to any directory and execute UpdateUtility-Gui.exe.
2. Navigate to Applications → Administration tools, select the Kaspersky Update Utility checkbox and click OK.

3. Click Start in the main window. Kaspersky Update Utility will be updated.
4. Navigate to Applications → Workstations, select the Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux ARM Edition checkbox and click OK.

5. Click Start in the main window. Databases for Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux will be downloaded to the Updates directory. The Updates directory is located in the directory with the extracted Kaspersky Update Utility files.

1. Copy Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux databases to ARM server. This could be performed in any way, for example, with scp tool:
   

   scp -r Updates root@10.69.116.102:/root/

2. If you plan to activate Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux with key file, copy key file license.key to the server. If you plan to use activation code, server should be connected to internet for remote activation.
3. Prepare autoinstall.ini file as described in documentation. For example:
   

   EULA_AGREED=yes
   PRIVACY_POLICY_AGREED=yes
   USE_KSN=yes
   INSTALL_LICENSE=/root/license.key
   UPDATER_SOURCE=/root/Updates
   UPDATE_EXECUTE=yes
   USE_GUI=no

   Check license.key and Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux databases location.

4. Install Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux using packet manager:
   

   rpm -ivh kesl-10.1.4-300.aarch64.rpm

5. Execute post-installation configuration script with prepared autoinstall.ini file under root user.
   

   /opt/kaspersky/kesl/bin/kesl-setup.pl --autoinstall=autoinstall.ini

6. Wait until script finished and check Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux state by command:
   

   kesl-control --app-info

• If everything works correctly, you will see that the key status is valid, databases are loaded, and File Monitoring is started. That means Kaspersky Endpoint Security is ready for work.

In case of installation with databases from a local directory, Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux saves that configuration. You will have to update databases in this local directory manually every time or provide another source of updates.

1. Copy Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux updates to a local source. It can be a local HTTP server or a directory on the protected computer.
2. Configure the update task to download updates from the local source. See documentation for Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Linux commands and update task settings.
   For example:
   Create a new update task:
   

   kesl-control --create-task localupdate --type Update

   
   Change the update settings to some local net http source:

   kesl-control --set-settings localupdate SourceType=Custom
   CustomSources.item_0000.URL=http://site.domain/path
   CustomSources.item_0000.Enabled=Yes

   
   Set the schedule for the task to run every 10 hours:

   kesl-control --set-schedule localupdate RuleType=Hourly StartTime="2020/Jan/01 00:00:00;10"

   
   The task will run every 10 hours and try to download the new bases from http://site.domain/path
