Launching training

You can launch training in one group or in several groups at once. You can't start training for a user who isn't in a training group.

If there are more users in a group than free training slots, you can't start training in the group. In this case, the admin needs to either purchase a license key for a larger number of training slots or decrease the number of users in the group (archive them or move them to another group).

To launch training in a single group:

1. In the application web interface, select the Training groups section.
2. In the line with the name of the group you want to start training in, click the icon on the right side of the screen.
3. In the new menu, select Start training.

   The Start training for <Group name> window opens.

4. In the Start date field, enter what day training should start on.
5. Click the Start button.

A confirmation window shows the results of the training launch. Group users with the Training not assigned status will receive an invite from the platform with a personal link to the training portal.

To launch training in multiple groups:

1. In the application web interface, select the Training groups section.
2. Click the Start training button.

   The Start training window opens.

3. In the Start date field, enter what day training should start on.
4. Check the boxes next to all groups you want to launch training for.
5. Click the Start button.

A confirmation window shows the results of the training launch. Group users with the Training not assigned status will receive an invite from the platform with a personal link to the training portal.
