Setting a training quota

Once it has been added, a company has access to all free training slots for the account's users. If you need to limit the company's training by time or number of users, you can set a quota on training in the company. Before the start of the quota and after its expiration, training in the company will be blocked.

Only a Superadmin can set a training quota.

To set a training quota, perform the following actions:

  1. In the top right corner of the application's web interface, click the admin icon.
  2. In the drop-down menu, select Companies and licenses.

    The Companies and licenses page will open.

  3. In the Companies section, click the menu icon on the right side of the screen in the line with the name of the company for which you want to set a quota.
  4. In the drop-down menu, select Set quota.

    The Set quota window will open.

  5. Move the switch to the Quota activated position.
  6. Set the start and end dates for the quota in the field below.
  7. In the Number of training slots field, set the number of the company's users that will be able to train simultaneously.

    If training has already begun in the company, and the number of users currently training exceeds the quota, then training will be blocked for the entire company.

  8. Click the Save button.

The training quota will be set, information about the quota will be displayed in the Companies section.

After a quota expires, the company's access to the common pool of training slots will not be restored. You must either deactivate or extend the quota. Otherwise, training will be blocked for the company.
