The protocol SCIM is used to synchronize data with Active Directory. This section contains synchronization configuration instructions using the Microsoft Azure Active Directory panel. Check out the Microsoft documentation for more on Azure AD Provisioning.
Before synchronizing data for the first time, we recommend activating test mode in the application.
You can enable the application of rules for the automatic assignment of users to groups. By default, the application of rules is disabled.
We don't recommend using automatic group distribution rules if you start synchronization with Active Directory when there are previously existing users and training has already been activated. These users will have their Active Directory fields updated, but the group and training program will remain unchanged.
After synchronization starts, Azure AD Provisioning regularly sends requests to the Kaspersky Automated Security Awareness Platform server and checks data conformity. If domain accounts changed since the previous request, the updated information is recorded in the application database and displayed in the synchronization request history.
