Publishing topics

You can add published topics to your group's training plan. Topics for each language are published independently of each other.

Before publishing a topic, make sure you have created a Special course, added the topic to it, and uploaded the training unit in the required language to the topic.

To publish a topic:

  1. In the program's web interface, in the Content section select the tab of the Special course you want to publish the topic for.
  2. Click the Language: <language> button, and in the new window select the language you want to publish the topic in. Confirm your selection by clicking the Save button.

    The Special course content will include the cards of topics uploaded in the Special course in the selected language.

    The topic card won't appear in the content of the Special course if the topic doesn't have the language selected in this window.

  3. Click the card of the topic you want to publish and click the Publish button.

    This button is also accessible in the topic settings in the Language section.

    The Publish button isn't displayed if a training unit hasn't been uploaded to the topic or if the training unit file hasn't passed the check.

Now the topic has been published. You can add it to the training groups' training program.
