To create a new route for an app:
This opens a window containing information about Kaspersky IoT Secure Gateway 1000.
A table displaying the previously created routes for each app will be displayed.
If you specified the connection point name manually in the source app configuration, check that the name contains permitted characters only. The connection point name can include uppercase and lowercase English letters, numbers, and the special characters _ . - [ ] (underscore, period, hyphen, and square brackets) only.
If the connection point name in a route contains forbidden characters, the route will become inactive (its status will change to Error). Information about this will be added to the event log.

The route for the app will be created and displayed in the table. A new route is created in the active state by default.
If you delete an application or change its configuration, the routes created for this application will stop working, and the other routes will become inactive—the routes' status will change to Error. Also, the created application routes become inactive after the device is restarted. It is recommended to reconfigure the routes associated with the deleted apps and activate the other routes.
