Creating tasks

To create a task:

  1. In the main Kaspersky Security Center Web Console window select DevicesTasks.
  2. Click the Add button.

    The task creation wizard starts.

  3. In the Application drop-down list, select Kaspersky Endpoint Agent.
  4. In the Task type drop-down list, select the required task type and follow the wizard instructions.
  5. To change the default values of the task settings immediately after its creation, select the Open task properties window after creation check box on the Finish creating the task page.

    If you do not select this check box, the task will be created with the default settings. You can change these settings later at any time for the following task types:

  6. Click Done.

The task will be created and displayed in the list of tasks.

The created task can be started manually or automatically according to a schedule.
