Updating the secret

When the integration configuration is completed on the Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform side, the data (registration_access_token, client_secret, and registration_client_URI parameters in OAuth 2.0) are saved as a secret, which allows users to navigate from the OSMP web interface to the Kaspersky Anti Targeted Attack Platform web interface without entering credentials. To maintain information security, you can update the secret. After updating, the registration_access_token and client_secret parameters are modified.

To update the secret:

  1. Log in to the web interface with the application administrator account.
  2. In the window of the application web interface, select the Settings section, Users subsection.
  3. Select the Integration with OSMP tab.
  4. Click the Reset secret button.
  5. If an error occurs while updating the secret, in the Client name field, enter a new name that will be used to identify the Central Node server in OSMP, and click the Apply button.

The secret is updated.
