About Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business
This guide contains information about features of the Select and Advanced editions of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business. For information about other editions, please refer to the Online Help of the Kaspersky applications included in the solution.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business enables you to create and monitor protection of the corporate network against viruses and other threats.
Applications
The solution consists of several Kaspersky applications:
- Kaspersky Security Center, which provides centralized management of the network protection
- Kaspersky security applications installed on endpoint devices of an organization's network:
Use the links to download the latest versions of the Kaspersky applications. If you have to download and install an earlier version of an application, view the list of Kaspersky applications for business or contact the Kaspersky Technical Support.
For the full list of applications that can be managed through the Administration Server, refer to the Kaspersky Security Center documentation.
If you want to protect virtual or public cloud infrastructure, we recommend that you use Kaspersky Hybrid Cloud Security. A license for this solution is not included in Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business and must be purchased separately.
Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business architecture
The figure below shows architecture of Kaspersky Endpoint Security for Business and interaction between components of Kaspersky Security Center, client devices, and Kaspersky infrastructure. If your network contains hundreds or thousands of client devices, the scheme may include additional components, such as slave administration servers or distribution points.

By using the solution, you can:
- Create a hierarchy of Administration Servers and administration groups to manage the organization's network.
- Manage anti-virus protection of Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, and Android devices through Kaspersky applications.
- Deploy operating systems on client devices.
- Perform remote installation of Kaspersky and third-party applications.
- Install updates to applications by Kaspersky and other vendors, as well as fix vulnerabilities in third-party applications.
- Perform centralized management of keys for Kaspersky applications.
- Receive statistics, reports, and event notifications to monitor the network security level.
- Change mobile device settings.
