Providing You with the core functionality of the acquired Software
The core functionality of the Software is to provide safe storage of Your account information (logins and passwords), data about Your bank cards, addresses, notes, documents, and other important information during use of the Computer. To provide this core functionality, while You are using the Software the Rightholder has to receive from Your device and process the following information:
Software ID
Installation ID
Session ID
Build number
Data processing by providers of Third-Party services
The work of the specific functionality of the Software is provided via access and/or use of Third-Party services as specified in this License Agreement. For the fulfillment of obligations under this License Agreement, the provider of the Third-Party services needs to receive and process information for the declared purposes. Such information may be considered personal according to applicable laws of certain countries.
Information received by the provider of the Third-Party services directly from the Software
To ensure the uninterrupted operation of the Software the provider of the Third-Party services has to process and receive the following information about the license You have acquired, and the Computer where You will install the Software:
Information about an abnormal termination (crash) of the Software: unique event identifier, date and time of the Software installation and event, identifier indicating the screen orientation, text of the error message, flag indicating whether the Software was running in the background, battery level, and battery discharge rate; if a fatal signal was raised, its name and integer code
Information about the Software installed on the Computer: the Software bundle identifier and the full version number of the Software, the uint64 instruction pointer of every frame of every currently running thread
For each binary image loaded into the application: its name, UUID, byte size, and the uint64 base address at which it was loaded into RAM
Information about the Computer: OS and version, Computer model, CPU architecture, total RAM and amount currently used, total disk space and amount currently used, flag indicating whether the Computer is rooted
If available at run time, the method or function name and an indication of the instruction being executed, the uint64 value of each register on the CPU, а Boolean indicating whether the device's proximity sensor was triggered

The Rightholder is not responsible for the processing of data when You use the Third-Party services. By using the Software to access and/or use third-party services, you are responsible for acquainting yourself with the data processing rules and procedures described in the privacy policy of the provider of the Third-Party services.

The Rightholder also processes data in a form that does not, on its own, permit direct association with any specific individual. You can find the list of such data and purposes of their processing for a given software by visiting https://help.kaspersky.com/, selecting the software, and viewing its respective "Data provision" section.
When You provide Your data through the Software to the Rightholder, the Rightholder handles it according to its Privacy Policy, which describes, in particular, the manner by which the Rightholder protects Your data, where the Rightholder processes Your data, and your rights as the data subject. The Web-Portal helps You remotely manage Your acquired licenses and the protection of your Computer, as well as provide safe storage of Your account information (logins and passwords), data about Your bank cards, addresses, notes, documents, and other important information during use of the Computer. During Your use of this functionality, the Rightholder receives from Your Computer and processes information about the Software, the acquired license, information about the Computer.
Certain data which is processed under this Statement could be considered personal data according to laws of some countries. With Your consent, the following data will be automatically sent on a regular basis to the Rightholder:
Information about user authentication: My Kaspersky account login and password, user ID, Computer locale, flag indicating whether the user agrees to provide his/her email address to receive personalized marketing offers, temporary identifier for user authentication in Kaspersky services, data on Software authentication in Kaspersky services, session identifier for authentication of Software installation, hardware ID, service ID
Information about the Computer: Computer ID, type, name, model, brand, OS type and version, locale, hostname, SHA-256 hash sum of the device (MAC + My Kaspersky user ID), detection technology and its version
Information about the Software: Software ID, version, build number, locale, Kaspersky Password Manager service ID, protocol version, installation ID, session ID, IP address, and domain name of website that triggered action by the Software
Identifier of entry in the password database, entry type, encrypted entry contents, encrypted preview of image, hash of master password, password database version, and encryption parameters
Item identifier on Google Play, purchase identifier, purchase time and status, purchase receipt for My Kaspersky registration, transaction identifier, and protocol version
On devices with the operating system version Android 8 or later, a unique hardware ID may be generated using the hash sum of the Advertising ID and the device model. In cases where a user has reset the value of the Advertising ID, new and old values will be provided from the device immediately after the reset.
The list of entry types and contents provided to the password database may vary in different Software versions, according to the User guide for the particular version. These differences do not stop the password database from being shared by other compatible versions of Software.
The Rightholder uses third-party information systems to process data. Their data processing is governed by the privacy statements of such third-party information systems. The following are the third-party information systems that the Rightholder uses and the data they process:

To support two-step verification on My Kaspersky, you need to provide a security code sent to your device in an SMS message.
To ensure the security of your My Kaspersky account, you need to provide the CAPTCHA characters.
Vault will be synced with your personal storage on the Rightholder's trusted partners’ servers around the world. These data, along with the data on your device, are stored encrypted. Your personal secret key is used to perform the encryption. The Rightholder and Partners are unable to access your data. To use the software, you must register your Account by providing your email address. Keep in mind that uninstalling the software from your device does not delete the data from the servers used in the synchronization process. These data may be completely deleted only after deleting your Account. To do this, contact Kaspersky Technical Support.
The Rightholder processes data for marketing purposes in accordance with this Marketing Statement in order:
To improve the quality, appearance, and performance of the Rightholder’s Software, products, services, and infrastructure by analyzing users' experience, interactions, and level of satisfaction with the Software.
To offer You security solutions that best match Your needs.
To provide You with the relevant content and advertisement.
To create categories of groups of users based on certain parameters in order to provide relevant information to these groups about maintaining security level, marketing offers, and promotional materials.

Information about the User's Computer: type, brand, model name, unique identifier, information about the type of network connection, language (locale) of the Computer, IP address, operating system version, User’s computer name, Android ID, User Agent.
Name of the mobile operator, carrier.
Information about the AppsFlyer SDK used in the Software: SDK version and build number, AppsFlyer transaction identifier, Advertiser ID, flag indicating use of the Advertiser ID, Rightholder’s unique identifier in the AppsFlyer service, AppsFlyer license key.
User’s unique identifier in Google services.
Timestamp and name of the event about which data is submitted, value of the event counter.

Information about Software installed on the Computer: instance ID, version, name of the store where the application was obtained, timestamp of the first launch of the Software, app foreground or background state, app package name, a pseudonymous app-instance identifier, network, and the following corresponding information: response codes, payload size in bytes, response times, duration times for automated traces.
Information about the use of the Software: event type and value, functional mode (free/premium), license name and name of the Software window or dialog that is active when data is submitted.
Information about the Users’ Computer where the Software is installed: Computer brand, category, model and orientation, RAM and disk size, version and language (locale) of the operating system; information about whether the application was first opened in the last 7 days or more than 7 days ago.
