About My Kaspersky portal accounts

A My Kaspersky portal account is a single account required to sign in to My Kaspersky portal as well as to use the portal and certain Kaspersky Lab applications.

A My Kaspersky portal account is used to:

Kaspersky Password Manager prompts you to create a My Kaspersky portal account when you use the application for the first time.

You can also create this account on the My Kaspersky portal.

A My Kaspersky portal account consists of the email address and password that you specified when creating the account. The password must contain at least eight characters and include one number, one uppercase letter, and one lowercase letter.

If the password you want to use for logging into My Kaspersky portal is too weak or common, the portal account is not created.

Once you have created the account, the message with the activation link is sent to the email address you have specified.

After activating the account, you can use it to sign in to My Kaspersky portal.

If you do not activate your My Kaspersky portal account by clicking the link in the email message within one week, the account will be deleted. You will not be able to use Kaspersky Password Manager until you connect it to a new account.

Data synchronization across all your devices that have Kaspersky Password Manager installed will start working as soon as you connect your devices to the My Kaspersky portal using the same account.
