Upgrading from a previous version of the application
If you already have an older version of Kaspersky Password Manager installed on your computer, you can upgrade to the newest version of Kaspersky Password Manager.
A license for Kaspersky Password Manager 5.0 or an older version is not valid for newer versions of Kaspersky Password Manager.
When upgrading to the newest version of Kaspersky Password Manager, you can purchase a license for Kaspersky Password Manager Premium or use the free version of the application.
If a message informs of incompatible software when you attempt to upgrade Kaspersky Password Manager, you must manually remove Kaspersky Password Manager before installing the new version.
Before removing the previous version of the application, make sure that the "Password protection" method of authorization is selected in the application. Otherwise, all data in the vault will be lost permanently.
