Enabling and disabling automatic checks for updates

You can let the application automatically check for updates if you do not want to manually check for a new version of Kaspersky Password Manager.

Automatic checks for updates are enabled by default.

To disable or enable automatic checks for updates:

1. Open the main application window.
2. In the lower part of the window, click the button.
3. In the application tray menu, select the Settings item.

   The application settings window opens.

4. In the left part of the window, select the Miscellaneous section.
5. In the right part of the window, clear or select the Automatically check for a new version of Kaspersky Password Manager check box.
   

   This check box enables or disables automatic checks for application updates.

   If the check box is selected, Kaspersky Password Manager automatically checks for updates and, if any are available, prompts the user to install them.

   If the check box is cleared, checks for updates are performed manually.

   By default, this check box is selected.
