Settings window
Settings window
To open the Kaspersky Password Manager settings window:
- Open the main application window.
- In the lower part of the window, click the
button.
- In the application tray menu, select the Settings item.
The Settings window contains the following sections:
- General. In this section, you can configure autorun settings, data vault locking, and data synchronization among devices. You can also change the master password or disconnect the application from the My Kaspersky portal.
- Browser. In this section, you can set the default browser and install or remove Kaspersky Password Manager browser extensions for automatically logging into websites.
- Ignored websites. This section lets you add, view, edit and remove addresses of websites on which Kaspersky Password Manager will not perform automatic login.
- Import/export data. In this section, you can create backup copies of the data vault, import data from password managers embedded into browsers, and import data files that were created in previous versions of Kaspersky Password Manager or that were exported from other password management applications.
- Miscellaneous. In this section, you can enable or disable automatic checks for updates to Kaspersky Password Manager, change proxy server settings for connecting to the Internet, and enable or disable recording of event traces, which are used in reports sent to Technical Support.
