Proxy server connection settings window
In this window, you can configure the required proxy server connection settings. Select one of the following proxy server connection options:
- Do not use proxy server.
- Detect proxy server settings automatically (default setting).
- Use specified proxy server settings.
If you select the last option, you must manually enter the proxy server address and port in the relevant fields.
The IP address and Port fields are active if the Use specified proxy server settings option has been selected.
Use proxy server authentication
This check box enables or disables use of authentication on the proxy server.
If the check box is selected, proxy server authentication is used. The User name and Password fields are active, and you can enter your login and password. By default, password characters are displayed as asterisks as you type them. Password characters are displayed when you press and hold the left mouse button with the pointer over the button.
If the check box is cleared, proxy server authentication is not used.
By default, this check box is cleared.
