StartCondition enum description

Possible task start condition types for custom schedules (see also Task start conditions).

Type ID	Mnemonic name	Description
0	KlAkTsk_TSC_NONE	No condition.
1	KlAkTsk_TSC_AV_DB_UPDATED	AV bases has been updated.
2	KlAkTsk_TSC_VIRUS_ATTACK	Virus attack.
3	KlAkTsk_TSC_TASK_COMPLETED	A task has been completed.
