Viewing the list of workspaces

You can view information about workspaces added to Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console, such as the date on which the workspace was added to the portal, the number of connected devices in the workspace, and license information. The list of workspaces may also display aggregated protection statistics.

To view information about workspaces that are available to you on Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console:

  1. In your browser, go to Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console.
  2. Sign in to your account on Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console by specifying the user name and the password.
  3. If you set up two-step verification, enter the one-time security code that is either sent to you by SMS or generated in your authenticator app (depending on the two-step verification method that you set up).

    The portal page displays the workspace you created. If administrators of other workspaces have granted you access by assigning the Viewer or Administrator role to your account, those workspaces will also appear on your portal page.

    By default, brief information is displayed for all workspaces except for the first one.

  4. To view detailed workspace information, click the line with the workspace name.

By default, the list of workspaces contains the workspace name that was specified during the workspace registration on the portal.

In the detailed information display mode, you can open Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console workspace.

If a workspace was marked for deletion by you or by another administrator, you can force deletion or cancel deletion of the workspace.

You can sort the list of workspaces by workspace name.

To sort the list of workspaces:

  1. Click the Ascending sorting order (Ascending sorting order.) or Descending sorting order (Ascending sorting order.) icon above the list of workspaces.
  2. If you want to change the sorting order, click the icon again.

The sorting order is changed.

You can also filter the list of workspaces by the properties of protected devices added to a workspace:

To filter the list of workspaces:

  1. Click the Filtering (Funnel icon.) icon above the list of workspaces.
  2. In the displayed Protection statistics filters window, select or clear the check boxes next to the required parameters.
  3. Click the Apply filters button.

The list of workspace is filtered.
