Connect to My Kaspersky
When you open Kaspersky Secure Connection, you can sign in to

My Kaspersky is an online hub for the following tasks:
- Remotely managing supported Kaspersky applications on your devices.
- Downloading installation packages for Kaspersky applications.
- Buying and renewing licenses for Kaspersky applications.
- Contacting Technical Support.
You can sign in to My Kaspersky by any of the following methods:
- Using credentials associated with other Kaspersky resources.
- Creating a new account (on My Kaspersky or directly from compatible applications).
- Using your Facebook credentials.
You have to connect your devices to My Kaspersky in order to start using My Kaspersky.

Important: Internet access is required to connect to My Kaspersky.
Sign in to My Kaspersky using your existing account
- Open the main application window and click Sign In.
The Sign In to My Kaspersky window opens.
- Enter the credentials of your My Kaspersky account.
- Click Sign In.
A dialog with the Statement Regarding Data Processing For Purpose Of Using Web-Portal (Web-Portal Statement) opens.
- Do one of the following:
- If you don't accept the Web-Portal Statement, click Decline.
Note: You can't sign in to My Kaspersky or create a My Kaspersky account without accepting the Web-Portal Statement.
- If you accept the Web-Portal Statement, click Accept to continue.
Note: If you enter the password incorrectly several times in a short period, you will need to enter characters from a picture to pass the Security Check.
If you have enabled two-step verification for your My Kaspersky account, you will need to enter a code sent to your mobile device in an SMS message. - If you don't accept the Web-Portal Statement, click Decline.
Kaspersky Secure Connection signs you in to the My Kaspersky account.
Note: If you have signed in to My Kaspersky in another Kaspersky application on your Mac, Kaspersky Secure Connection prompts you to sign in to My Kaspersky using the same account after the application installation.
Create a My Kaspersky account from the application interface
- In the Sign In to My Kaspersky window, click Create Account.
The Create a My Kaspersky Account window opens.
Note: If you enter an email address that is already in use, an incorrect email address, or a too common password several times in a short period, you will need to enter characters from a picture to pass the Security Check.
- In the email address field, enter the email address that you want to associate with your new My Kaspersky account.
- In the password field, enter the password for your new My Kaspersky account.
Note: The password must contain a minimum of eight characters, including at least one digit, one lowercase letter, and one uppercase letter. Spaces are not allowed.
- In the password confirmation field, enter the password again.
- In the country selection pop-up menu, select your country.
Note: Kaspersky Secure Connection automatically displays your country based on the region set in your system's Language & Region preferences. This option determines the regional settings for your My Kaspersky account, for example, the display language and available Kaspersky applications. You can change your country for My Kaspersky later only by contacting Technical Support.
- If you agree to provide Kaspersky with your email address for receiving informational and promotional email messages, select the I agree to provide Kaspersky with my email address to receive personalized marketing offers checkbox.
- Click Create.

Note: You can't sign in to My Kaspersky or create a My Kaspersky account without accepting the Web-Portal Statement.
- If you accept the Web-Portal Statement, click Accept to continue.
- If you don't accept the Web-Portal Statement, click Decline.
Kaspersky Secure Connection connects to My Kaspersky and creates your account. After your account is created, the main application window opens and an email message with instructions on account activation is sent to the email address that you specified during registration.
