Assigning DNS addresses using a DHCP server

To assign DNS addresses using a DHCP server:

  1. Select the name of your network interface (for example: eth0) in the list of settings for using the DHCP server for assigning DNS addresses.

You may need to use the DHCP server for assigning DNS addressed if you are configuring the program in test mode.

  2. Press Enter.

This opens a window in which you can configure DNS settings using the DHCP server.

  3. Make sure that the values of the Search list, Primary DNS, and Secondary DNS settings are set to dhcp.

  5. Press Enter.

This opens a window containing the settings of the Kaspersky Secure Mail Gateway network.

  6. Select Continue.
  7. Press Enter.

The Initial Configuration Wizard restarts the virtual machine with the new values of settings and proceeds to the next step.
