You can configure any scheduled report type (daily, weekly, or monthly) independently from each other.
Scheduled reports contain information on all cluster nodes. You cannot select individual nodes.
To configure scheduled reports:
In the application web interface window, select the Reports section.
Select the By schedule tab.
Click Set up schedule.
This opens the Set up schedule window.
Select one of the following tabs depending on the type of report that you want to configure:
Daily. The report covers the period from 00:00 to 23:59 of the preceding day.
Weekly. The report covers the period from 00:00 Monday to 23:59 Sunday of the preceding week.
Monthly. The report covers the period from 00:00 of the first day of the preceding month to 23:59 of the last day of the preceding month.
Set the toggle switch with the name of the report type to Enabled.
Set the creation schedule for the relevant report:
On the Daily tab, enter the report creation time.
On the Weekly tab, specify the day of the week and time when you want the report to be created.
For example, if the values are set to Mon and 15:00, the report is created every Monday at 3 p.m.
On the Monthly tab, specify the day of the month and time when you want the report to be created.
For example, if the values are set to 20 and 15:00, the report is created on the 20th day of the month at 15:00.
If the specified value exceeds the number of days in a given month, the report is not created in that month. For example, if you enter 31, the report is not generated in 30-day months.
If you want to send reports by email, in the Delivery settings group of settings, click Add.
The group of settings relevant for report delivery is displayed.
In the Email addresses field, enter addresses to which you want to send reports.
You can enter multiple semicolon-separated addresses.
In the Format drop-down list, select the file format that you want to use when sending reports. Possible values are Pdf, Html.
In the Language drop-down box, select the language of reports.
If necessary, you can add a new group of settings by clicking Add or remove an unnecessary group of settings by clicking to the right of the group.
