General scan results

The computer scan results depend on whether there are any unresolved issues affecting operating system security. System security issues include not only detected malware and vulnerabilities, but also the absence of an active anti-virus application or firewall on the computer.

The computer scan results are indicated by the color of the information area in the upper part of the main application window:

• Green. The computer scan has not detected any malware or vulnerabilities.
• Yellow. The computer scan did not detect malware, but vulnerabilities may be present.
• Red. The computer scan has detected some malware.

A link to the Scan results window with detailed results of the most recent scan of the computer is added to the color display.
