Updating databases manually

You can launch a manual update of the anti-virus databases only for one server. This update mode is not available for a group of servers.

To perform a manual update of the anti-virus databases:

1. Select the server for which you want to start the anti-virus database update.
2. In the control panel select the Anti-virus databases update tab. The tab displays information about the date and time of the previous and next database update according to the schedule. You can monitor the update process through the Lotus Domino console.
3. Click the Start update link to run the anti-virus update for the server.

Anti-virus database updates can also be launched manually from the command line of the Lotus Domino server console.
