Viewing the anti-virus protection status of a device

After you assign a monitoring template to client devices, the properties of each device contain three status checks: an anti-virus protection status check, a last virus scan status check, and a check of the anti-virus database update status. The exact names of these checks depend on what you specified when you added them to Script Manager. You can view results of these checks, as described in the following procedure.

To view the anti-virus protection status of a device:

  1. In SolarWinds RMM, in the Devices section, select the client or client site to which the required device belongs.
  2. In the upper-right panel, on the Servers or Workstations tab, select the specific client device.
  3. In the lower-right panel, select the Checks tab.
  4. In the list, find the check for which you want to view the status.
  5. The Check Status column shows the status of the check: Check status New (New), Check status OK (OK), or Check status Failed (Failed).
  6. Click the link in the More Information column to view detailed information about the check status.

The status of the selected check is displayed.
