Creating an installation package in Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console

Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console allows you to download a stand-alone installation package of Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent. Then, by using SolarWinds RMM, you run the created file on the client devices that you want to make distribution points. This way, you install Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent without involving Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console.

Among the devices of each of your customers, we recommend that you select only one device that will act as a distribution point. One distribution point per customer will help you properly manage the distribution of applications to the devices of that customer.

You cannot have more than 100 distribution points within one workspace.

After you deploy Network Agent on the distribution points, you will be able to install Kaspersky security applications by using Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console.

To download a stand-alone installation package of Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent in Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console:

1. On a server or workstation, open a browser and go to Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console.

   For more information about connecting to Kaspersky Security Center Cloud Console, refer to Online Help.

2. Do one of the following:
   • On the DISCOVERY & DEPLOYMENT tab, select DEPLOYMENT & ASSIGNMENT → INSTALLATION PACKAGES.
   • On the OPERATIONS tab, select REPOSITORIES → INSTALLATION PACKAGES.

   A list of installation packages is displayed.

3. Select the check box next to Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent, and then click View the list of stand-alone packages.

   The list of stand-alone packages is displayed.

   If this list is empty, do the following:

   1. Run the Quick Start Wizard.

      To start the wizard, on the DISCOVERY & DEPLOYMENT tab, select DEPLOYMENT & ASSIGNMENT → QUICK START WIZARD.

   2. Start the downloading procedure from the beginning.
4. Select the check box next to the stand-alone package of Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent, and then click Download.
5. When the download is complete, open the folder containing the distribution package.
6. If necessary, move the package to a shared folder that is accessible from all of the devices to which you want to deploy Kaspersky Security Center Network Agent.

The installation package is created. You can now proceed to the Deploying a Kaspersky security application procedure.
