Cause

Cause of the problem can be malware.

Description

Blocking the command line interface (found by clicking the Start button - clicking Run... - entering cmd.exe - clicking OK) makes it difficult to run system utilities, such as regedit or msconfig, which can help to detect and disinfect threats. It can subsequently be used in order to gain control of your system and your personal data.

After fix

After the fix is performed, the command line interface will be accessible.

Rollback

You can roll back to the previous settings.
