“Insufficient disc space” error

Issue

When installing a new Kaspersky application version, you can receive the error message “Insufficient disc space”.

Cause

The error occurs if there is not enough space on your hard drive to install the application.

Solution

1. Check that your computer meets the system requirements of a Kaspersky application:
   • Kaspersky Standard, Plus, Premium
   • Kaspersky Security Cloud 21, 20
   • Kaspersky Internet Security 21, 20
     
   • Kaspersky Anti-Virus 21, 20

   • Kaspersky Free
