Absence of workspace when a second administrator is added in Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud

If the administrator created a new user and appointed them an administrator, it might so happen that the user does not see the working space.
To avoid this error, before you grant administrator privileges to a user, create and confirm their account on the cloud.kaspersky.com website.
How to grant access to working space
- Open Kaspersky Endpoint Security Cloud.
- Go to the Users tab.
- Click Revoke administrator rights and wait until the setting is implemented.
- Click Grant administrator rights and wait until the setting is implemented.
