License renewal becomes available when your license term is less than 14 days. When the subscription expires, the application continues to work with limitations. It will scan your devices for viruses, but new antivirus databases will not be added.
To renew your subscription at a discount, use one of the options below.
Renew subscription through the application interface
- In the main window of Kaspersky Security Cloud, click Renew.
- To learn how to open the main application window, see this article.
- Select the number of devices you wish to protect, and click Buy now. If necessary, clear the Auto Renewal checkbox.
- Fill in the required fields and enter your payment details.
After successful transaction, the license term in the application and in your My Kaspersky account will be updated.
Renew subscription through My Kaspersky
- Go to My Kaspersky.
- Go to Licenses and click Renew next to your Kaspersky Security Cloud license.
- Fill in the required fields and enter your payment details.
After successful transaction, the license term in the application and in your My Kaspersky account will be updated.
What to do in case of payment problems
If you experience problems with the renewal, e.g. in case the license term was not renewed after purchasing the new license:
- If you made your purchase via the Kaspersky Lab store or My Kaspersky, contact Digital River's customer service department.
- Create a request via this web form.
