What to do if Kaspersky Security Cloud fails to start

If Kaspersky Security Cloud does not start or the main application window does not open, then there is an issue with the application and your computer defense is off or working incorrectly. It is important to resolve this issue in order to ensure that your PC does not become infected by malware. If you are unable to do so by other means, try reinstalling the application.
How to reinstall the application
- Go to the Kaspersky website and download the installer for Kaspersky Security Cloud: Family, Personal or Free.
- Remove Kaspersky Security Cloud. See this article for instructions.
- Restart your PC.
- Install Kaspersky Security Cloud. See this article for instructions.
The application will be reinstalled.

- Screenshots of the error, if you have any.
- A report generated using the Kaspersky Get System Info tool.
