Auto-renewal is enabled by default in Kaspersky solutions for home, if you did not clear the Auto-Renewal checkbox during purchase.

2 weeks prior to your current license expiration, you will receive a notification about upcoming renewal to the email address you have specified during purchase. The money will be charged off your card 2 days prior to the current license expiration date, if you don’t cancel auto-renewal until then. The license term will be renewed automatically.

In may take up to 24 hours between the payment and the renewal of the expiration date in the application window.

What to do if the license did not renew automatically

If you bought a license with auto-renewal but after payment for the next period the license wasn’t renewed, see the instructions in this article.

What to do in case of bank card issues

In case of problems with your bank card, auto-renewal will be disabled. You will get a message about it to your email address.

To restore your auto-renewal:
