How to change your payment details or email you specified when buying a license for a Kaspersky application
The information specified during license purchase may become obsolete, for example:
- You no longer use the card you have used for payment.
- You have changed the internet services provider and no longer have access to the email you specified during purchase.
To update your payment details for Kaspersky Basic, Standard, Plus, Premium:
- Sign in to your My Kaspersky account.
- Go to the Subscriptions tab. Сlick Manage subscription and Payment details.
- You will be redirected to the Nexway website. In the Payment details section, click Change payment method.
- You can then proceed to add/delete a card or PayPal.
