When distributed in the European Union, Kaspersky VPN complies with the terms of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
When you accept the End User License Agreement, you confirm that you are of the required age to install Kaspersky VPN within the European Union territory. After Kaspersky VPN is installed, you will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions required for initial setup and use of Kaspersky VPN: the Conditions Regarding Data Processing and the Privacy Policy and the Statement Regarding Data Processing For Marketing Purposes (Marketing Statement).
Also you will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions required for use of Kaspersky VPN: Statement Regarding Data Processing For Purpose Of Completing A Purchase (Purchase Statement) and Statement Regarding Data Processing For Purpose Of Using Web-Portal (Web-Portal Statement).
If you choose to accept these statements, you can still revoke your acceptance in the application settings at any time.
Important: If you have an earlier version of Kaspersky VPN installed on OS X 10.11 (El Capitan) and you intend to use the application within the European Union, then you should upgrade your operating system to macOS 10.14 and then upgrade Kaspersky VPN. If you do not want to upgrade your operating system right away, remove Kaspersky VPN from your computer.
